Effective date: July 27, 2026
Information we collect
We may collect contact information, service interests, appointment details, communication preferences, campaign information, and technical data such as browser, device, cookies and website activity. Do not submit government identification, credit reports, account numbers or other sensitive documents through the public contact form. The Credit Card Payoff Strategist is designed to process selected statement files locally in the user’s browser; the tool does not intentionally transmit raw statement files, recognized statement text, balances or account details to the WordPress server.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, schedule consultations, provide requested education or services, maintain security, improve the website, measure campaigns and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money.
Service providers
We may use contracted providers for website hosting, customer-relationship management, communications, scheduling, analytics, payment processing, credit monitoring and approved client portals. Each provider processes information under its own safeguards and terms. Credit-repair operations may use a separate authorized Credit Repair Cloud environment.
Communications
Service messages may be needed to respond to your request or manage an active relationship. Marketing email or text messages require the consent described at collection and may be stopped using the provided unsubscribe method. Message and data rates may apply.
Cookies, retention and security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and retain information only as long as needed for the described purposes, contracts, disputes and legal obligations. The Payoff Strategist uses session storage by default and optional local device storage only when the user selects “Remember this plan.” Users should clear tool data before leaving a shared device. No internet system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children and family programs
The public website is not designed to collect sensitive information directly from children. Community Futures interest must be initiated by a parent or legal guardian. Paid youth access, identity verification and document collection remain unavailable until the appropriate consent and protected workflows are activated.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. To make a privacy request, email fixit.financial.llc@gmail.com or call 210-974-0326.
Updates
We may update this policy as services and legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
