WHAT CLIENTS SHOULD EXPECT

Clarity, documentation and responsible next steps.

We explain the strategy, organize the work and communicate what changed—without promising a specific deletion, score, approval or timeline.

THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Professional support built around understanding.

Results alone do not tell the whole story. A strong client experience also means knowing what is being reviewed, what action is authorized, what changed and what still requires attention.

CLARITY

A defined scope

Clients receive a clear explanation of the service pathway, responsibilities, boundaries and the information needed to begin.

COMMUNICATION

Meaningful updates

Updates focus on completed actions, provider or bureau responses, observed changes and the next responsible step.

EDUCATION

Decisions with context

We help clients understand utilization, reporting, documentation and readiness factors without presenting general information as a guarantee.

SELECTED PROGRESS SNAPSHOTS

Redacted examples previously provided to FIXIT FINANCIAL.

These images document individual reporting snapshots at a point in time. They are not representative of what every client will experience and do not guarantee future deletions, score movement, approvals or financial outcomes.

HOW TO READ RESULTS RESPONSIBLY

A screenshot is evidence of one moment—not a universal promise.

WHAT THESE EXAMPLES SHOW

Documented reporting changes

  • A snapshot from a particular source and date
  • Differences that may exist among bureaus
  • How account-level updates can be displayed
  • The value of reviewing reports over time
WHAT THEY DO NOT PROVE

No guaranteed outcome

  • That another client will receive the same result
  • That a specific score increase will occur
  • That accurate negative information must be removed
  • That a lender will approve an application
  • That results will occur within a specific timeline
Transparency standardCredit scores vary by model and data source. Credit reporting agencies, furnishers, monitoring providers and lenders make independent decisions. FIXIT FINANCIAL provides education, organization and support within the agreed service scope.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions about client experiences and results.

Are these results guaranteed?

No. The examples reflect individual reporting snapshots. Credit profiles, evidence, furnishers, bureaus, scoring models and timelines differ.

Does a deletion always increase a credit score?

No. Score changes depend on the full credit file, scoring model and other activity. An item-level change does not guarantee a specific score outcome.

Does a higher score guarantee financing approval?

No. Providers evaluate many factors, including income, debt, history, business records, underwriting rules and product eligibility.

How will my information be protected?

Do not send Social Security numbers, full credit reports, bank records or identification through ordinary email. Use only the secure process specifically provided for requested information.
